Basic Meditation Series

Sundays, 4-6pm PT, January 4-February 8, 2026
Start the year off well, by giving back to yourself and learn basic meditation techniques to help you find your space, be grounded and manage your energy, in this six week course. Practice these tools like a simple pilot’s checklist wherever you are, these techniques can be used in a quiet space or on the go. Increase your own intuition and understanding of your energy and space with these easy to use mindfulness practices. An additional online course is provided to support you in your practice in between weekly meetings.
