We kindly ask that you review the following information before your visit.
The best way to experience the benefits of The Light System is to take the time in your session to rest. Sleeping, reading, meditating, and journaling are all wonderful ways to spend your time while you are here. (Please note there is no wifi on site.)
• You may wish to bring your own blanket and/or pillow.
• You may also wish to bring: an eye mask or bandana, book, journal/pen, water bottle.
